She founded digital consultancy FitForCommerce, which was acquired in 2022, serves on NRF Digital Council, is a Board Director and Vice Chair at Women of Color Retail Alliance, and co-founded The Innovation Office, Women in E-commerce, and Women in Sustainable Retail. A frequent industry thought leader and inspirational speaker, her career started at Accenture and several Wall Street firms before launching one of the first e-commerce tech companies.
